btk24 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

To register and maintain an account with btk24, and to participate in any game, betting market, or promotion on the btk24 platform, a player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• The player must be at least 21 years of age. btk24 is strictly a 21+ platform. Players who are found to be under 21 at any time will have their accounts immediately closed and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited.
• The player must register using their own true, accurate, and complete personal information. Registration using false or third-party information is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account with btk24. Opening or attempting to open more than one account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• The player must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or close relative of an employee of btk24 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game studios.
• The player must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the btk24 platform or on any other gaming platform that has communicated an exclusion request to btk24.

btk24 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe may have their accounts suspended and withdrawals withheld pending verification.

When registering an account with btk24, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information throughout the duration of your use of btk24. Specifically, you agree that:

• Your username, password, and all account login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. btk24 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify btk24 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by any unauthorised person or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your btk24 account, regardless of whether such activity was carried out by you personally or by a third party who obtained access to your account.
• btk24 reserves the right to request re-verification of your identity at any time. Failure to comply with a re-verification request within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

btk24 accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be reclassified as dormant. btk24 will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered email address before reclassification. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings section. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact btk24 support.

All deposits and withdrawals on btk24 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). btk24 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Deposits via these methods are typically credited to your btk24 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to credit depending on the bank.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by btk24 within one (1) business day of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. btk24 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• btk24 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are displayed in the account settings section and may be updated from time to time. Current minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• btk24 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals in BDT. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own service charges for the transfer, which are beyond btk24's control.

All funds deposited to btk24 must be used for gaming activity. btk24 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. In cases where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, btk24 will report the matter to the relevant authorities and the player's account will be permanently closed with all funds forfeited.

btk24 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players upon first deposit only. A player may only claim a welcome bonus once, regardless of whether a previous account was closed. Claims for a welcome bonus by players who have previously held an account with btk24 will be rejected.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed clearly in the bonus terms at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• btk24 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that this shall not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are in the process of being wagered in compliance with these Terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and markets that are explicitly included within the bonus offer. btk24 reserves the right to exclude certain games or game categories from bonus wagering eligibility, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through abuse of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other means that btk24 determines to be bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds, and may result in permanent account closure.

By participating in any game or betting market on btk24, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All game outcomes on btk24 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer operations streamed from regulated studio environments. btk24 does not interfere with game outcomes and is not responsible for the game logic or RNG certification of third-party studio games — those responsibilities rest with the game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).
• Bets placed and confirmed on btk24 are final and cannot be amended, reversed, or cancelled by the player after confirmation, except where btk24 expressly provides a cash-out or bet-cancel facility for a specific market and the player exercises that facility within the permitted window.
• btk24 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a pricing error, or a system malfunction that resulted in odds or payouts being displayed incorrectly. Players who knowingly exploit pricing or display errors are in breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding any game result, bet settlement, or payout, the btk24 system records shall be the definitive and final record. btk24's decision in relation to any such dispute is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in the Contact section of these Terms.

btk24 operates its sportsbook and live betting markets in accordance with accepted international betting industry standards. In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or market as displayed in the btk24 sportsbook help section. Cricket betting rules — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the cricket-specific betting rules published on the btk24 platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btk24 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account (whether personally or through nominees, associates, or third parties acting on your behalf).
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, data scraper, or other technology to interact with the btk24 platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to automated betting, automated game play, and scraping of odds or game data.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including coordinated betting, chip dumping in poker variants, or any form of match fixing.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a btk24 account. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the name of the btk24 account holder.
• Any conduct that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

btk24 employs monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, btk24 may take immediate action including account suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of account balances pending investigation. btk24 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to any suspected financial crime.

btk24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, providing false registration information, or failure to comply with KYC verification requirements.
• The player requests account closure voluntarily, including closure as a result of a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming provisions of these Terms.
• btk24 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account (including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirements) may be forfeited at btk24's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable period.

btk24 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. btk24 provides the following responsible gaming tools which any player can activate at any time by contacting btk24 support:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their btk24 account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours (daily limit), 7 days (weekly limit), or 30 days (monthly limit) after the request is made.
• Session time limits: players may set a maximum gaming session duration. When the session time limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out of their btk24 account.
• Time-out (cooling-off period): players may request a temporary account suspension for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a time-out, the account cannot be used to place bets or access games.
• Self-exclusion: players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from btk24. A self-exclusion request is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reversed. btk24 will use reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from opening new accounts during the exclusion period.

All content on the btk24 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, betting market displays, text, images, and the btk24 brand identity — is the intellectual property of btk24 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No player or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the btk24 platform without the express prior written consent of btk24.

The game content provided on btk24 by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own intellectual property rights and licensing arrangements. btk24's right to make such game content available to players is governed by the licensing agreements between btk24 and those studios, and does not confer any intellectual property rights on players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btk24's liability to any player in connection with their use of the btk24 platform is limited as follows:

• btk24 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with the use of the btk24 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, even if btk24 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• btk24 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligation under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond btk24's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications network failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• btk24's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

btk24 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the btk24 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail the categories of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is used, how it is protected using SSL encryption and other security measures, and your rights as a data subject. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time by visiting the Privacy Policy page on the btk24 website. btk24 will not share your personal data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy, as required for payment processing (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank partners), as required by applicable law or regulatory authority, or as necessary to protect btk24 and its players from fraud or criminal activity.

btk24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify players by posting a prominent notice on the btk24 platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the player's account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified in the amendment notice.

Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically and remaining aware of any updates. Your continued use of the btk24 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using btk24 and may request account closure by contacting btk24 support.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming in the jurisdiction in which btk24 operates.
